Please note that our application deadline for fall admission is February 1 of the year that you intend to enroll. We must receive all application materials on or before February 1 for your application to be considered.

Individuals who apply after the deadline must submit paper applications and may be evaluated if space is available.

Advice and Considerations

Students applying to the Psychological Sciences M.A. program must have undergraduate psychology courses in experimental/research methods and psychology statistics.

Applicants are evaluated based on undergraduate GPA, verbal and quantitative GRE scores (see averages below; note that the GRE subject test in Psychology is not required for admission); and other criteria such as research experience, work experience, and letters of recommendation (see weighting below).

  • Overall undergraduate GPA: 3.63
