Background
Bann Seng Tan is a Ph.D. candidate in Political Science at the City University of New York, Graduate Center. He received a Master of Science (Strategic Studies) from the S. Rajaratnam School of International Studies, Nanyang Technological University and a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) from the National University of Singapore. His interests center on the causes and effects of democratization.
