Background

Professor Donald J. Baxter has been with the Government department at the College since 1967. He earned his BA in Government and Economics from California State University at Sacramento and earned his MA and Ph. D. in Political Science from Syracuse University. Professor Baxter's primary interests are in South and Southeast Asian politics.
