Scholarship

The files containing your scholarship should be divided into the following categories:

  • Articles
    • Distinguish between refereed/peer-reviewed and non-refereed/non-peer-reviewed articles in the titles of your submissions, e.g., Article1Refereed.pdf, Article2NonRefereed.pdf.
    • Articles may be submitted in .doc, .docx, or .pdf format.
  • Books/Monograph
    • Do NOT scan books. Either submit a hard copy or include a digital .pdf. You can contact the publisher of your book to ask for a digital .pdf.
    • Distinguish between published and as-yet-unpublished (work in progress or under contract) in the titles of your submissions, e.g., Book1Published.pdf, Book2Contracted.pdf, Book3inProgress.pdf
  • Submit a signed book contract if applicable
    • Books should be submitted in .pdf format, as noted above.
  • Book Reviews
    • Book Reviews should be submitted in .doc, .docx, or .pdf format.
  • Other
    • This category includes other documents that you consider part of your scholarship, e.g., encyclopedia entries, translations, film reviews, software reviews.
    • This material should be submitted in .doc, .docx, or .pdf format. If you have material (e.g., software or video) that does not fit into these categories, you should consult the Dossier Manager or the Chair/Program Director for more information.
