Undergraduate Research

Undergraduate research is thriving in the Economics Department, thanks to intellectually curious students and encouraging faculty members. Many undergraduate students become involved in research by working as research assistants to faculty members, or by pursuing their own research questions as part of faculty-supervised Honors projects or Independent Study courses. In some cases, student and faculty research collaborations result in coauthored conference presentations or published journal articles.

Research tools for undergraduate research are available to help identify existing research studies and locate data.
