The Honors Program provides a special opportunity through independent study for the intellectual stimulation and development of superior students. Honors projects are judged by an examining committee of not less than three faculty members, including the student’s thesis adviser. The designation Honors indicates excellent work and fully-meet expectations.
Although the Honors Program is administered through the Charles Center, economics majors interested in the Honors Program should read the departmental guidelines carefully. Please read the Honors Guide for information on admission to the Honors Program.
