New Economics Scholarships
The Department of Economics is pleased to announce the
creation of two new scholarship endowments for economics majors. Thanks to the
generosity of Marian Goble and of Eileen R. Glenn and Friends of Terry Glenn,
the department, beginning in the academic year 2008-09, will be able to offer
two or more merit-based scholarships to economics majors. The recipients will
be chosen by a committee appointed by the Dean of Arts & Sciences and the
Department Chair. The scholarships have been named the Ross L. and Marian Y.
Goble Scholarship and the Terry Glenn Memorial Scholarship. The department of
economics is deeply grateful to these donors for supporting economics students.
