Expected benefits of visit
In general, funding for expenses will take precedence over funding for honoraria. Requests for honoraria up to a limit of $200 will be considered but must be well justified. In such cases, the normal $500 maximum can be divided between expenses and an honorarium. Please give details for estimated travel, lodging and food expenses. Use the least expensive practical air fare (booked through one of the College's contracted travel agencies) and the reduced rates available at certain local hotels (contact Business Affairs). Meal expenses should not exceed the state guidelines ($10 breakfast, $15 lunch and $26 dinner).
