Background

Core to my research is an interdisciplinary approach to biologically active natural products.  Research within my group focuses on chemical and biological discovery that is directed toward natural products. The development of efficient syntheses of biologically relevant targets parallels efforts to elucidate the biosynthesis and molecular mechanisms of activity, and extends into drug development.
