Dr. Anne Charity Hudley Welcomes the Newest William and Mary Scholars
Dear Scholars in the Class 0f 2018,
Congratulations on your designation as a William & Mary Scholar! Your award represents the accomplishments and achievements that you have earned so far in your academic career and you should be truly proud.
The William and Mary Scholars Undergraduate Research Experience (WMSURE) is a unique program that was developed to provide resources to you so that you might pursue undergraduate research experiences at William & Mary. WMSURE is also designed to encourage you to continue your education at the graduate level. Examples of WMSURE activities include: personalized advising, funding for research and travel (by application), weekly workshops, social activities and guest speakers designed to your specific interests.
I would like to invite you and everyone you would like to bring with you to learn more about the William & Mary Scholars Undergraduate Research Experience program (WMSURE) on April 12 at the Day for Admitted Students. WMSURE information sessions will be offered at two different times for your convenience. Both sessions will be held in the York Room, which is located in the Sadler Center. The first session will be from 1:00 p.m. to 1:45 p.m.and the second session will be from 2:00 p.m. to 2:45 p.m. We will be serving refreshments, so please be sure to RSVP by visiting http://www.wm.edu/admission/wmsuresession .
