Background

I am currently studying the political resurgence of Virginia Indians during the twentieth century.  Additionally, I am actively engaged in gathering oral histories of Virginia Indian tribal leaders, and working to establish an archive to preserve documents from the eight state-recognized tribes. Among my current projects is the Werowocomoco Research Group.
