Spring Break Information Sessions
Visit during your vacation!
Your high school might be closed for spring break, but W&M is eager to welcome you for a visit on weekdays between April 2 - 13. Whether you are just beginning your college search process, in the middle of researching a long list of schools, or already know that William & Mary is the place for you, we are more than happy to welcome you to campus!
Spring Break information sessions are administered in the same traditional format as our daily sessions. The information sessions begin at 10:00 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. and are followed by a student-led tour. Given our higher-than-usual visitor volume during these weeks, we hold our information sessions in the Sadler Center.

Parking:
As we expect to welcome many visitors to W&M, parking may become challenging on our historic campus. You are welcome to check our parking lot for parking availability, but parking in our lot will be very limited.
Please note: If parking on campus, please obtain a required parking permit from our office. Campus maps will also be available directing you to the Sadler Center.
We recommend parking in the Colonial Williamsburg parking lot (P6) during this busy time. There will be a $1 per hour fee, and our parking permits are NOT honored.
Directions
From Virginia Beach and points EAST:
64 West
Exit 242 A (199 West)
Travel 5.2 miles, and turn Right onto Jamestown Road.
(Note: You will travel past signs for the Law School.)
Travel 1.7 miles down Jamestown Road.
(Note: You will pass our office on your Right just before the corner.)
Veer Right to the yield sign and around the corner.
Turn Left onto Route 5 East, Francis Street by Berret's Seafood Restaurant.
The P6 parking lot is located immediately to your Right.
From Richmond and points WEST:
64 East
Exit 234 to the Right (199 East Lightfoot)
Travel 8 miles, and turn Left onto Jamestown Road.
Travel 1.7 miles down Jamestown Road.
(Note: You will pass our office on your Right just before the corner.)
Veer Right to the yield sign and around the corner.
Turn Left onto Route 5 East, Francis Street by Berret's Seafood Restaurant.
The P6 parking lot is located immediately to your Right.
Follow the campus map directly to the Sadler Center or walk to our office for further assistance.
To reach our office from the P6 lot, exit the parking lot on the Francis Street side. Cross the street at the cross walk, and proceed Left up to the corner by Berret's Seafood Restaurant. Turn Right, and cross the street at the first cross walk. Follow the brick path up Jamestown Road to our office on the Left. This will be a five minute walk.
Other Colonial Williamsburg parking lots are available on a one-two hour time limit only. Street Parking around the College campus is regulated by the City of Williamsburg. W&M parking permits are NOT honored. Please note that you should allow about two hours for Undergraduate Admission visits. We cannot guarantee that you will not receive a parking violation for parking beyond the allotted time limit.
