Power Plant (Renovation)

Renovation of the 1952 plant includes interior demolition, installation of a new underground storage tank, replacement of the structural frame/floor slab under boiler #1, boiler replacement and installation of direct digital controls capable of integration with the campus wide Building Automation System (BAS). Temporary boiler installation will occur to ensure service is uninterrupted during construction.
