The building will be part of the College's Green Housekeeping initiative to reduce exposure to cleaning chemicals and practices that are potentially harmful to people and the environment.

The vision of the College of William and Mary School of Business is to become established as a premier, but intimate, business school with a world-class reputation as a source of uniquely qualified future leaders in knowledge-driven environments.

This project will provide a consolidated facility for the graduate and undergraduate programs of the business school. The project will provide 160,000 square feet of high quality and high tech classroom, office and meeting spaces.
