Michele C. Spike, Visiting Professor of the Practice, has been a member of the Bar of the State of New York and the Association of the Bar of the City of New York since 1977. After graduation from Connecticut College, summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa, with honors in Government, and a minor in Economics, Spike attended the Boston University School of Law, earning the degree of J.D. cum laude. From 1977–1989, Spike practiced law in New York City with specialties in aviation law, anti-trust, and mergers and acquisitions. She will be teaching Secured Transactions and Nonprofit Law Practice.
