Background

Andrea Gaytán Cuesta, Visiting Assistant Professor of Modern Languages and Literatures, was employed previously at the College as the language house tutor in the Spanish House; she also has taught an introductory literature course to William & Mary students who were participants on our study abroad program in Morelia, Mexico.  Her M.A. in International Relations is from Università Degli Studi di Bologna.  The Hispanic Studies section recalls her enthusiasm as an instructor and her nurturing way of working with students when she was language house tutor. She will teach a new accelerated Hispanic Studies course as well as intermediate and upper-intermediate language courses.
