Antoine Constantin Caille, Visiting Assistant Professor of French Studies, earned his Ph.D. at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette in Francophone Studies in 2015. He taught for two years at the Georgia Institute of Technology. His work focuses on critical theory and 19th- and 20th-century French/Francophone literatures and cinema. Most of his dissertation has been reworked to be published as a series of articles in different refereed journals. He is currently working on two book projects, one on ecology and education in films, and another on translation difficulties between English and French.
