Ms. Dillon graduated from the College of William & Mary with a B.A. in History; she earned her M.B.A. in Finance from George Washington University in 1982. She is currently active as a civic leader, serving as the President of the ARCS Foundation/Metropolitan Washington Chapter, a 501(c)(3) organization committed to raising funding to support higher education in the STEM fields. In addition to this charitable engagement, she has also supported the Boys & Girls Club of the Greater Washington Area, the Joffrey Ballet, ChildHelp and Guiding Eyes for the Blind in leadership roles over the past 10 years. Previously, she completed a 25 year career in corporate securities and multinational banking, primarily with First Chicago Corporation. Ms. Dillon now serves as a Trustee of the William & Mary Foundation, and has been an active participant in the William & Mary community through her membership on the Alumni Association Board of Directors, where she served as President, Vice President and Treasurer; the Board of Directors for The Fund for William & Mary; the National Campaign Steering Committee; the 25th and 30th Reunion Committees for the Class of 1975 and the Washington Council. In 2009, Ms. Dillon was awarded the Alumni Medallion. Her husband, John Dillon, is a member of the Class of 1975. Ms. Dillon was appointed to the Board of Visitors in 2013.
