Ms. Dillon graduated with honors from William & Mary in 1975 with a B.A. in History; she completed her M.B.A. degree in Finance from George Washington University in 1982. In recent years, she has been active as a community and civic leader, serving in a diversity of positions with 501(c)(3) organizations to support STEM education, at-risk children, and the arts. She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Wolf Trap Foundation for the Performing Arts. During her 25 year career in corporate finance, she was employed by First Chicago Corporation/Bank One Corporation and managed various multinational banking units. At the time of her retirement, she served as Senior Vice President, leading corporate banking operations for the eastern 20-state region of the U.S. as well as participating on the Corporate Diversity and the Corporate Banking Leadership Councils. Ms. Dillon has being actively engaged with William & Mary as an alumna, serving on the Alumni Association Board of Directors (President, Vice President and Treasurer), Annual Fund Board (Chair-Alumni Engagement), W&M Foundation Board, Washington Council, and reunion committees for the Class of 1975. She was awarded the Alumni Medallion in 2009. Her husband, John Dillon, is a member of the Class of 1975. Ms. Dillon was appointed to the Board of Visitors in 2013.
